Facilities

We use the state-of-the-art technology in design software to transfer conceptual outlines into tangible engineered designs that are practical to manufacture. We design manufacture and develop molds that produce consistent and reliable thermoplastic components. We employ efficient and quality driven processes that ensure aesthetic and reliable products. We have dedicated lines for individual products along with fully-equipped laboratory for testing of all incoming components. We also carry out detailed endurance testing in our ELT Laboratory for all finished products.

Remote Controls

We have an in-house EMS set up for PCB assembly. Dedicated vendors supply us with all other key parts, most of which we have localized over a period of time. Assembly lines with in-built testing processes allow us to manufacture more than 5K pieces per day in a single shift operation.
